It comes in waves

We’re like the tides you and I… one always drawing back when the other one is closing in

Both made of the same element Both driven by the same forces Devoting ourselves to the sun and the moon

We briefly meet in the middle In nowhere land when we’re both not quite ourselves

never knowing who’s chasing whom and never meant to watch the sun rise together
